Rambling of a Shady Mind

These days professionalism is a vogue. It associates with - money, fame, career, pension fund and even scope to brag about achievements of unrealistic scales. Also, it serves well to find a cosy grave, earned by burying the sponateniety of life. Yes, it is indeed the word - spontaneous, not a typo, but a vision that entered my mind this morning as i stared into the bizzarel looking carbon structures on my screen that form the essence of our daily life.

In this world, professionalism has become a constraint, which causes copious amount of legally binding thoughts that prevent us from articulating beyond the four walls of the faceless organization. Expression of free speech and action is overwhelmed by green bills, which smothers the turkey before cooking. But, then, this is not thanksgiving, so why the cruelty? Neglecting patience to be a virtue on this instance, it is better to break cocoon before the wings grow and board the Noah's ark of creativity about to set sail into the ocean of freewill. If not, transformation into androids governed forever by the laws of Assimov is destiny.

However, we need to be pragmatic; philanthropic, philosphical or even abstract is malign to the modern world, so have to say a diaphragm is needed. Be the professional you want to be until you have to be for the sake of KARMA (not the one Sharon Stone spoke about a few days ago), and do not let it mix with the purity of inner original self, which brings the peace, we long throughout. But, believe me, if the balance tilts too much too soon - it's got to be either the loony bin or the metal scrapyard. So, moderate acceptance of the mystique offerings of this world seems to be the plausible route to save the little bit of unpredictable spontaneity in us.
