World wide suicide
Suicide seems to be the vogue, Pearl jam with the release of their latest album have emphasized on this phenomenon, which has led to record breaking sales. The number seems to have crossed 300000 already, is it for the voice of those men or for the theme, is a point to ponder!
Musicians have always been on a trip, they have attempted to reach those dark depths by reaching a state of NIRVANA through the intake of COKE in the hope it would lead them to THE END. Men who have survived the conclusion have not been the same as they have lost the vigor to live.
This syndrome seems to have travelled from the west to the conservative east, where this option has begun to be adopted by intellects from this prodigious school IIT, which in India is partaken as the diety of education. In the past 5 months kids barely not 25 have commited the fatal act unable to withstand the pressure to perform and emulate.
It is so sad that we-Indians, while trying to evolve to the status of the life in the west have forgotten that its domains are beyond topography. We have always held the key to explore this mystic matter, but yet failed to make use of it.
I feel sad for those souls who are no more, while enraged at the experienced teachers who have refused to enlighten the kids on the mysteries of life. They are no less than the BIG BROTHERS from 1984, who indulged in oppression of free thinking.
Shame on them, and the charade they have been performing to make others dumb!
